We take great care in ensuring all products are packed and delivered in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with clear photos of the damage so we can assess the issue.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued for products that are confirmed to be damaged upon arrival. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If a return is required, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging unless otherwise advised.
